About

The formation of the 1925 Eagle Foundation was approved by the Rehoboth Beach Country Club Board of Directors on November 28, 2023. It is a separate legal entity from the Club with its own board, budget, and charter. Through the generosity of our Members, the 1925 Eagle Foundation invests in our community by supporting RBCC employees, assisting local charities and preserving the history of the Club. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization so all contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

 

The primary focus of the Foundation is to provide crisis/hardship relief funds and academic scholarships to Talon Tribe members and their dependents. We want these individuals, who give so much of themselves to provide us with an exceptional experience, to be safe and happy and able to pursue their goals. This in turn makes RBCC an attractive place to work and thrive.

 

The Foundation will extend Club Members’ generosity beyond the walls with Community Grants to support local non-profits that meet the interests of the Members. Spreading goodwill to supported organizations will be impactful throughout the area and raise awareness and appreciation of RBCC’s significant role in the community.

 

The forefathers of the Club established an idyllic 150-acre parcel at Bald Eagle Point for us to enjoy. The Works of Art Committee will identify and manage future acquisitions ensuring an inspiring environment for years to come.
